Yeah—we know. Everyone wants that two-day Amazon speed.
But this isn’t a warehouse operation—this is a race team.
Every order is packed and shipped by our crew. When we’re on the road chasing wins, shipping takes a backseat. That’s just the reality of living at full throttle.
We ship orders when we’re back in the shop—typically on Mondays. During race season, expect up to 1+ weeks for processing. If we’re out racing, we’re focused on the track first.
Need it fast? We’ll try to make it happen.
If your order is time-sensitive (birthday, event, etc.), email nevilleapparel777@gmail.com before placing your order. No promises—but we’ll see what we can do.
Trackside Pickup Policy
Want your gear faster? Skip the shipping and grab it straight from us at the track.
We offer trackside pickup at any race we’re attending. When Trevor Neville Racing is at the track, you can come directly to the trailer and pick up your order in person.
How it works:
- Select “Local Pickup” at checkout
- Include the race/event you plan to attend in the order notes
- Please note: our team will not be at the track for the entire night after the races. Customers, you guys are responsible for picking up their orders in a timely manner while the trailer is open. Before/During/After.
Once you’re at the track, come find the trailer, and we’ll get you taken care of.
Important:
We live race to race. That means schedules can change. If you’re planning to pick up at a specific event, we recommend reaching out ahead of time to confirm we’ll be there and your order will be ready.
